If the treatment of personal data is the result of a legal obligation on our part, we refer to Article 6(c) of Article 6 of the RGPD. If the processing of personal data is aimed at protecting the vital interests of the interested party or of another natural person, we are based on point 1(d) of Article 6(d) of the RGPD. If the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a task of public interest or in the exercise of a public obligation, we refer to Article 6(e) of Article 6(1) of the RGPD. As long as the processing of data is necessary to satisfy the legitimate interests of the person responsible or of a third party without endangering the interests, rights or fundamental freedoms of the person concerned, the legal basis is set out in Article 6(f)(f) of section 6 of the RGPD.
